Terms and Conditions:
- All rentals are Saturday to Saturday from Christmas through Easter.
- $100 departure fee includes administration fee, cleaning and local
telephone.
- 11% state and county sales tax will be added.
- 10% discount for stays of 4 weeks or more.
- 10% surcharge will be added to rates for holiday weeks - Christmas, New
Year's, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Easter
Holiday.
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 25% deposit of rental
amount on a first-come first-serve basis.
- Full prepayment required thirty days prior to arrival. Sorry, no credit
cards.
- Additional $10 per person per day fee for more than six guests.
- No smoking inside. No pets.
